White Sugar Steamed Cake

The white sugar steamed cake is a type of Chinese pastry and is one of the most common Chinese pastries in Hong Kong. It has a counterpart called the brown sugar steamed cake, but apart from it being extra sweet and brown in colour, there is no difference.
The pastry is primarily made from rice flour and sugar; it is then mixed with water and finally steamed. The large amount of water used makes it moist, fluffy and soft. As for its appearance, the shape can vary but it is often displayed in triangular slices like slices of western cakes and is white in colour.

Tastes sweet and soft,it is the best snake ever!

Too soft! Just like eating puddling, but not bad.
