Fried Pork Intestine

The fried pork intestine uses the intestines of a pig. The intestines are first deep-fried, then chopped into circular pieces and skewered at last. It is called a local delicacy because its strong smell is appealing to people, but it doesn’t have much taste, so soy sauce, curry or more often, hoisin sauce is added to improve it. It also keeps people warm in the inside, so it is eaten more often during winter.
