Fried Octopus Legs

Fried octopus legs are a popular snack in Hong Kong, but are the only popular fried seafood served by the street-side-cooked-food-stalls.
It consists of batter-coated, deep fried octopus legs, fried for less than two minutes to prevent toughness, so it’s crunchy on the outside but chewy inside. It is served plain, with spicy salt and lemon on the side. The delicious taste attracts a lot of Hong Kong people as it can match with many sauces and is tasty even without adding sauces.

It's crispy and I like eating squids very much.

Very yummy although this is quite expensive, but i buy it twice a month
